INDIA – River Ganges and Himalaya Yoga Retreat
8-18th February 2027
COME SIT WHERE THE ANCIENT SAGES SAT
Join me as I co-guide a unique yoga experience in the land where the ancient sages sat.
Imagine this…
Vedic chanting at sunrise over the Himalayas. Yoga practices to greet the morning. Ayurveda woven into daily life.
Philosophy lived, not studied.
Eight nights in an immersive, natural retreat venue. Two days on the Ganges in Rishikesh — a river that will move something in you words won't quite reach.
Maybe something's always gotten in the way before. There's no perfect moment — only the moment you decide you want to experience more depth.
This is not a Yoga vacation. It’s an invitation to meet yourself somewhere ancient and alive.
This Is For You If You
Have an established yoga practice (not for beginners)
Want more than a typical yoga holiday
Are drawn to Vedic traditions — chanting, Agni Hotra, Ayurveda, the Ganga. No need to have experienced them, just come with an open mind!
Seek daily practice, self-reflection, and places beyond the tourist path
Feel called to ritual, ceremony, and sacred land
Are open to shared silence, different perspectives and laughter!
Are open to sharing 10 days with people of all ages, nationality and background
What to Expect
Daily Yoga, pranayama, meditation, asana
Intuitive Energy Management practices (IEP)
Ayurveda, and open discussion of spiritual philosophy applied to daily life.
A simple, authentic experience — visiting local villages, part-taking in ancient river rituals, time in nature and good company
It's not for everyone. It's for the person who feels something stir reading this.
Since 2010, I've returned to India every year — 6 to 8 weeks at a time, for Yoga and Ayurveda study, healing, spiritual practice and community.
Each journey deepens something inside.
It's an honour to guide you in the birthplace of Yoga, Ayurveda and Eastern philosophy. I’ve had many adventures there so far, and no doubt more will come!
Why India
Lia Constantinides is my co-facilitator for the retreat. We met through a shared love of Vedic chanting — a mutual appreciation that blossomed into a friendship, rooted in reverence for India's ancient teachings, a shared calling to guide others, and a whole lot of laughter along the way.
This retreat feels like it's unfolded exactly as it’s meant to!
