Ayurveda teaches that as holistic beings, we are part of Nature, not separate from it. It shows us that true health is a state of harmony—where body, mind, energy and spirit are aligned and everything is connected.
Yet, with the pressure of modern life, we look at health in isolated categories, rather than as a holistic experience. We make poor choices as a result which compromise our long term health for ourselves and the planet. Imbalances arise which as fatigue, digestive issues, stress, and emotional unease and distorted perspectives.
A 1-1 Ayurveda Health Consultation with me offers step by step guidance towards your true state of holistic health. After each session, I offer 3-5 next steps to support your agni (digestion) and decrease metabolic toxins.

Health Assessment – pre-session wellness questionnaire to be completed prior to our meeting. It serves as a starting point for our ongoing work together. The questions cover your health history, family health history, emotional state, digestion, daily eating patterns, sleep, and behaviours. The information you provide helps determine the current state of the elements, dosha, and digestion, as well as your natural constitution.
