Session Details

Days: Every Monday & Friday.
Time: 7:00am - 7:20 a.m. U.K. timezone.
Fee: Suggested donation £7.

Guided sessions to focus the mind and set your energy and intention for the day ahead. Open to all, whether you are new to meditation or deepening your practice.

  • 1-2 grounding Yoga poses,

  • Pranayama (breathing practices),

  • Energy clearing,

  • Affirmation,

  • Stillness and quiet.

The 7 a.m. zoom meditation sessions began in March 2020, when the world turned upside down.

A group began gathering with me regularly and we carried on after lockdown. The space was, and continues to be a place for focusing the mind, clearing energy and setting an intention for the day. It has also become a beautiful community of people connected through the U.K and Europe.

We meet for 20-minutes every Monday and Friday.

Each session includes:

  • 1–2 Yoga poses.

  • Monthly pranayama (breathing practice).

  • Mudra (hand gestures which assist with balancing energy)

  • Energy clearing practices to focus the mind.

  • Stillness and reflection.

You are welcome to stay for a further 5-minutes of chat and chai post session.
