What began as a donation-based offering continues today with the intention that anyone who is willing to work with their energy and approach the practice with an open mind can join
The morning Zoom meditation offerings began in March 2020, when the world seemed to turn upside down. A group began meeting regularly through lockdown, creating a space for peace and connection. These sessions continue to this day. We meet for 20-minutes every Monday and Friday. You are invited to pause, reconnect with your body, clear your energy, and reset your vibration for the day ahead.
Each session includes:
A short movement or asana (Yoga pose)
Monthly pranayama (breathing practice for the month)
Mudra (hand gestures that create circuits of energy)
Subtle energy practices to clear your space
Stillness and quiet reflection
For those who have the time, we often stay for a 5-minute chat and tea after the session.
