Sussex Retreat: Weekend of Ayurveda and Yoga
Retreat Invitation
Join me for a weekend where I guide you through my daily practices.
As a householder, I understand the challenges of integrating self-care and spiritual practice with everyday life. During this weekend, I share with you how I have learned to live holistically and what I do to embody the teachings of Ayurveda and Yoga at home, each day.
This is a weekend for refining Yoga practices (asana, pranayama, meditation) as well as exploring psychic energy exercises and Vedic chanting. It is an opportunity to learn about Ayurvedic cooking and eating to support your agni and prana (digestion and life force) each day. There are discussions on integrating Yoga and Ayurveda principles at home and in everyday life. It is also a time to be in nature, enjoy silence, Self-reflection and explore your connection with Spirit/God of your heart. This is all in the company of like-minded others.
No retreat weekend is ever the same!
I’d love you to be part of it.
With love,
Emily
