A 1-1 Ayurvedic Yoga Consultation is a personalized experience where we review your body posture, alignment, breathing, imbalances, blindspots and state of mind. The idea is to help you feel stronger, more at ease in your body and how you move through the day.

A Practice Designed for You
Before your session, you'll be invited to send a short video clip of yourself practicing a few simple movements or yoga asanas. During your consultation—whether on Zoom or in person—I will observe your body again, paying close attention to any imbalances, irregularities, or areas of weakness.
Based on her observations, I’ll offer you a personalised set of 2–4 yoga poses to practice, along with a pranayama (breathing technique) and a mudra to incorporate regularly. When you meet again, you’ll reflect together on what’s shifted and what has surfaced.
Some people prefer to work with me weekly, others bi-weekly, or once a month. The process is just as much about your commitment to the practice between sessions as it is about the guidance you receive.
