Hi there – I’m glad you’re reading this.

When I first encountered Ayurveda and Yoga, I never thought I would be where I am today!

In my twenties I had health symptoms, which were accumulating. I was plagued by ongoing sleep and digestive issues and experienced regular emotional meltdowns. Underneath I felt not good enough and was deeply afraid of failure. I was good at wearing a mask on the outside – until it started falling off.

Ayurveda and Yoga taught me how to manage my health and energy, railroad my mind and stay present in my body. I’ve been fortunate to encounter, learn from and live with some incredible teachers who are true practitioners of ancient wisdom, health and healing. My practice is living the teachings which have been imparted to me. I live them not as abstract concepts, but as daily life practices. My service today is sharing them with whoever is sincere in their desire to learn, heal and grow.

I guide people to reclaim their inner healing power which begins with taking responsibility for current health conditions. I’m always amazed at what unique things open up for each client. Whether you start by dropping in to a weekly Morning Meditation session, join a Monthly Sunday Sadhana session, book an Ayurveda or Yoga consultation, it’s a step in the direction of reclaiming your health, freedom and shifting your perspective on life.

A twice weekly meeting place to reset your energy for the day. Every Monday and Friday, 7-7.20 a.m. (UK time), I guide a breathing practice, chanting, mudra and energy clearing meditation.

    A personalized approach to holistic health. Restoring balance, clearing toxins and optimising life.

  • Yoga Consultations

    Posture and alignment review, strengthening weak areas, locating blind spots.

    Guidance for pranayama (breathing), meditation, mudra and mantras may also be given. Receive a short home practice to take away.

  • Weekly Online Meditations

    Twice weekly gatherings online 7-7.20 a.m UK time. Breathe and clear energy for the day. Each month offers one pranayama practice and mudra. Come sit with like minded souls in our friendly community.

  • Retreats

    Immersive experiences in beautiful home settings. Step away for a weekend or longer and into daily rhythms and practices which restore and uplift. Take home a tool kit for your daily life.
