Energy Leaking

Are you LEAKING energy?

I learnt (the hard way!) that cultivating a solid stable and supportive platform through daily routine, diet and lifestyle is the ultimate way to CURBing any end of summer/back to school spin out; low moods; fatigue; physical/digestive imbalance; uncertainty etc.

I want to share a section from an article I read recently. The specific lines below called out another potent point to me. See my translation in italicsof the words spoken by Bernie Sander:

“Every day we are losing more energy than we should due to poor insulation (and also due to poor emotional and energetic boundaries in the relationships with ourselves and others), inefficient lights (lack of clear focus and perspective are a symptom of energy loss), appliances (overuse of the senses is how vitality depletes), and heating and cooling equipment (behavioural/mood swings; seeking extremes: high highs and ending up with low lows; “detox to re-tox” attitude are all signs of leaking energy and how every is further leaked).

This is energy we could save by investing in energy efficiency. (From my experience when I use the basic and highly effective tools offered by the ancient systems of health (Ayurveda and Yoga) I am able to cultivate an overall happier, healthier more sustainable way of experiencing daily life).”

BE ENERGY EFFICIENT!

The ancient systems of health and well-being specifically teach us to be energy efficient in how we live and conduct ourselves. Once a balanced, sustainable way of living is cultivated through diet, daily routine, life style  – efforts can be channelled far more effectively and efficiently. What’s more- I know I can deliver longer lasting positive, impact in whatever I choose to do with my life. You can do this too whether you want to be a mother, father, lover, managing director, doctor, shop assistant, barista, supervisor, artist, teacher, yogi etc:).

So what’s the news….

Energy management people! This is the way to a healthier, happier, more sustainable way of living. AND MORE… this is how to live to your FULL POTENTIAL.

Learning to manage energy is a daily practice.

It’s not easy when life entices you to continue to LEAK. Society will suck you dry of your vitality and inner harmony if you let it.
