If you are considering working with me and have landed on this page, then you will already have an interest in your health and wellbeing, beyond medical prescriptions and the latest fad health diet.

Furthermore you will be aware that your ‘wellbeing oxygen mask’ needs to be securely on so you can lead and be of service to others. You also know you struggle at times to keep it in place and end up frazzled as a result of over-doing and over compensating.

My Ayurvedic approach to health works around the 4 pillars of health defined by the Ayurvedic texts:

~ diet (ahar);

~ daily rhythm and lifestyle (vihar);

~ sleep quality (nidra) and

~ energy management (brahmacharya).

What the session(s) entail:

We start with an initial Ayurvedic consultation- with a key focus on digestion.

Digestion in Ayurveda is paramount to health on all levels because it’s not just about how you are digesting food but your thoughts, emotions and experiences in life.

We will also look at:

~ your natural constitution (prakruti) according to the five elements and three doshas (vata, pitta, kapha) as well as your current state of imbalance (vikruti).

~beliefs around your health and how to move unhelpful belief patterns obstructing natural balance being restored.

As part of the sessions we may additionally include: Ayur-yoga practices; meditation and breathwork; supportive guided home cleanses for digestive health and balancing lifestyle routines; energy clearing practices.

Through these counselling sessions you steadily move from stuck and stressed to greater health, joy and freedom.
