Emily brings awareness to the natural rhythm of the nervous system which (like the setting of the sun) wants to quieted down in the evening (usually contrary to urban lifestyles). Practicing slow flow, restorative, breath work and meditation to help wind-down is an excellent way to support over-active nervous system. It also releases tension from the body and mind.
