Join Emily for the annual Winter Heart of Living Retreat. A weekend to rejuvenate and guide you back to your essence - your “rasa”.

Using the road-map of the 5 elements of nature (Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ethers) you can replenish this weekend with: morning meditations, breath-work and contemplations; yoga asana and creative movement; fire ceremony; times for silence; times for joy and laughter; home cooked cooked seasonal foods based on Ayurvedic principles that support the 5 elements and digestion; massages and treatments; fresh countryside air and long walks; and time to relax and be at peace.

This exclusive retreat is limited to 9 persons maximum.

COST:

Private family home estate - Ticehurst, East Sussex

TRAVEL:

55 mins from London by train. Trains go from Waterloo East, Charing Cross and Canon Street to WADHURST (Hastings Line).

Taxi pick is required from Wadhurst station to the venue (10 minutes in taxi c. £10-15).

5.15pm- Wind down practice - yoga asana, movement, restore.

6.15pm- Dinner

8pm- Evening meditation

7.30am- Morning meditation and contemplations

8.30am- Breakfast

11am- Morning yoga practice

12.30pm- Lunch

(Time for massages, walks, rest)

4.45-5.45pm - Afternoon practice

6pm Dinner

7.30pm- Evening session
